For its first accommodation offer in Milan, Unica Suites Milano has chosen a modern building, reconstructed ex-novo in the 19th-century fabric of Milan's historic center and the station area, to welcome guests in an intimate and private apartment, designed with the most modern criteria of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and home automation.
Our idea of modern design interprets a new way of hosting, seeking the purest experience, where architecture and aesthetics blend with professionalism and expertise to favor a cosmopolitan and contemporary approach: in this context, Unica Suites fits perfectly. Area and surroundings

Living Milan

Macchi61 is located in the heart of Milan, adjacent to the historic centre, a few meters from the Caiazzo metro station on the Red line, in a strategic area, perfect for leisure travel,
due to its proximity to major shopping centers such as Brera and Montenapoleone and the Duomo, or for business trips, being just one step away from the financial district, between Porta Garibaldi and piazza Gae Aulenti.
Porta Garibaldi
The lively district of Porta Garibaldi is rich in elegant fashion boutiques, cafés with outdoor seating, and pedestrian streets like Corso Como, where the art museum of the Fondazione Sozzani is located. The neighborhood features the ornate Porta Garibaldi and Piazza Gae Aulenti, surrounded by modern buildings. Nearby, you can find Parco Sempione, home to the impressive Civic Aquarium of Milan and the Triennale di Milano, a museum dedicated to design.
Piazza Gae Aulenti
Piazza Gae Aulenti is the meeting point between the historic center and the financial district of Milan. Famous for its futuristic aesthetics, it stands as the epicenter of the modern heart of the city and is surrounded by various astonishing buildings, including the Unicredit Tower complex, featuring the tallest skyscraper in Italy. The square is connected via a pedestrian bridge to Corso Como, one of Milan's liveliest streets, home to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. At night, the square transforms into a stage for a spectacle of water, lights, and sounds, featuring the Solar Tree, an illumination system powered by solar energy.
Porta Venezia
Porta Venezia is one of the most important junctions in Milan, opening up to the district of the same name, which is considered one of the coolest and most elegant neighborhoods in the city. It boasts beautiful Art Nouveau buildings from the 1900s. The area is a perfect blend of modernity and elegance, where the hustle and bustle of the main streets find tranquility in the Indro Montanelli Gardens, offering pleasant moments of relaxation.
Corso Buenos Aires
Corso Buenos Aires is the long straight avenue of Milanese shopping. The layout of the avenue resembles that of the major commercial streets in the United States. It features department stores, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, bookstores, as well as many renowned clothing brand stores. On Corso Buenos Aires, you can find a wide variety of items, which is why it is often referred to as an open-air shopping center.
Quadrilatero della moda
Il Quadrilatero della Moda is the renowned luxury shopping area in the historic city center. The famous Via Monte Napoleone is lined with high-fashion boutiques, antique shops, and elegant cafes hosted in neoclassical buildings. Nearby, the Palazzo Morando museum exhibits period costumes, while the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum is dedicated to decorative arts from the Renaissance era.
